MTN ARE *******!

If there were an option for 0 stars I would have selected that. MTN has been completely useless in rectifying as error on their side while they continue to debit TEN TIMES more that the contract I upgraded to!!!! For months my husband and I have tried to get this sorted out and have even had to drive to a customer care store over 1hr away to speak to someone who COULDN'T HELP EITHER!!!!! No one responds to emails, no one calls back when they say they will and the service champions are the absolute worst! I cannot wait till this is rectified so i can drop them and change service providers. I am enraged at mtn and cannot stress this enough to anyone who will listen. DO NOT GO WITH MTN!!!!!!!!!!!!
