MTN approving *****ulent insurance claim

MTN and Admyntec Services are processing *****ulent claim that I didn’t even have a contractual agreement with yet approving a claim even though I’ve flagged count less time that this wasn’t authorised and it is *****ulent activity yet they went ahead approving the claim.
