MTN APPROVES OF *****

A debit order went off on my account for a RATHER HEFTY amount for an MTN contract i do not have. I immediately thought *****. I went into an MTN store and my fears where confirmed (*****). I got the necessary affidavit and documents required to prove this. I was given a reference number and told to follow up within 21 days. Now on following up they could not trace where my query was, as my follow up was done at a different store. I logged a 2nd query right there and there. Today i received a call from a third party confirming i have an unpaid debit order and that I should make provision since i have taken 2 further contracts with MTN. Now to my surprise, i am currently dealing with 1 contract yet 2 further have been approved after i have logged a query stating that i am a victim of ***** and identity theft. How can the other 2 contracts have been taken out while there is an investigation under my name. what due diligence does MTN undertake when approving contracts because all these contract where taken over the phone. This is total negligence that a cell phone contract can be approved over the line by merely having ones ID number. TOTALLY SHOCKING
