MTN approved sim swap without my authority.

MTN allowed a sim swap of my number without my authority and when I reported the matter they took me from pillar to post, in the meantime, the **** that did the sim swap was sending messages to my contacts asking them to send R1500.

It is now over three hours and they still have not swapped back my number. They could not be able to explain to me how the **** managed to swap my number. MTN knows the **** and they don't give a damn. Phones have IMEI number and it should be easy to trace who is the culprit behind this nonsense. But NO, the lady who was helping me said they can't assist.

I feel so violated and I'm so angry with MTN. They also put all my contacts at risk.
