MTN application stole my money

Firstly I paid my for my MTN contract using myMTN application and the application deducted twice from my bank card, few minutes later i received 2 proof of payments and my sim that was deactivated was then reactivated, 3 days later my sim was deactivated and got in touch with MTN on Facebook and i send them proof of payment and my SIM was activated, then 3 days later my sim card was suspended and got in touch with MTN facebook , they activated and said sorry. Then after 3 days again they suspend my line saying the money deducted in from my card is not showing in MTN account, MTN WANTS ME TO PAY MY LINE FOR THE 3RD TIME come on MTN cant you see this is ****************, if you are poor please ask for donations
