MTN Apple Watch eSIM

I recently upgraded my contract, which resulted in my Apple Watch eSIM stopping work. I tried to add the watch and activate the eSIM via the MTN portal, but it keeps failing. I contacted customer service and was told to go to the store. I've been sent back and forth with no one really trying to solve the problem. It's been about two months now.
