MTN appears to support ********** activity

I submitted a takedown request through ISPA regarding a blatant copy of a Danish company's website which is being used to lure enquiries for products and demanding upfront payments with no intention of supplying the product. We provided proof that the modified website had an address in Port Elizabeth which according to the landlord was not a tenant and the same address was being used with a variation of the trade name used on the site in question. Victims of prior *****s were visiting the business park looking for the tenants only to be told that no such tenants existed. The response from MTN was and I quote \We acknowledge receipt of the takedown notice. We have reviewed the complaint and are of the opinion that this is a civil matter between the complainant and the website owner. We suggest the two parties resolve the matter between themselves prior to any takedown process. "We cannot do so as they use cell phones and email addresses so it is impossible to serve any papers. MTN is just interested in the revenue and have not bothered to ensure that the address is legitimate in terms of FICA. Their actions appear to condone ******* activity as it adds to their bottom line. """
