Mtn apparently does not know the meaning of customer service

I took out a contract phone in November 2022 at MTN Wonderboom Junction. I've had nothing but problems with the phone. Sent my phone in for repairs at MTN in February 2023. Phone is still under warranty. I was informed it would take 4 to 6 weeks to repair. It's now 8 weeks and now my phone is missing. No one can tell me where my phone is. 5 days after I gave my phone in for repairs I received a sms informing me that my phone has been repaired and dispatched back to the store. When I inquired at the store I was rather rudely told that if they said 6 weeks I should have waited 6 weeks and that they had no right to send me the sms to collect my phone. Keep in mind I have to drive to the store each time because nobody at that store answers the phone. In the meantime I received 3 sms's informing me the phone has been logged for collection from the store and 3 sms's informing me that my phone has been repaired and dispatched back to the store. I've called the number for enquiries numerous times nobody can tell me what's happening to my phone or where it is. Went back to the store again, they can't tell me anything either. Really nice company when you take out a contract. Not so much when it comes to customer service after something goes wrong.
