MTN Appalling service!!
Last week I app**** for a new contract. My application was approved and I received an order number. I was taken through the contract by a sales agent. Phoning today to follow up on when delivery will take place, I am told that the order has been cancelled.
This is appalling service. I have not been notified that it has been cancelled. I dont even know why it has been cancelled.
