MTN appalling service

I have app**** for a Black Friday online only deal and have not been contacted in 3 days. I called MTN and was transferred 7 times over 90 minutes to every department including a 3rd party company called Mondo yet no one can assist me. None of the staff know who can assist me. I’m absolutely appalled by the incompetence shown. No one is willing to take ownership to ensure that I am directed to the correct department nor is any manager available to assist.
