MTN appalling service

I had a contract with MTN that ended at the end of September 2021. I requested for the cancellation on the 07 October and was told the cancellation period is for 30 days. Todate I have escalated to their FB page and still the cancellation has not been done. Monthly I need to reverse the debt orders as none of the people who have acknowledged receipt of my request have done anything. Muza Nzalo, Michelle Ramabulana, Jabulile Myeni, Ntsako Hlongwane, Gladys Nakedi, the team attending to the FB uses abbreviations when signing off, NPG, Mzawandile, Virgueline, Khethiwe
