MTN appalling customer service experience

The level of service my wife and i received from MTN is the most appalling service we have received i our entire lives, i spoke to a consultant whos name is Ntsane Ref: ********** 44 whos is the most pathetic customer service agent i have ever spoken to in my entire life, i work in customer service and have never shouted at a client like the way Ntsane shouted at me regardless of what the customer says, yes i was wrong to swear but your handling of the situation was pathetic beyond measures, as for MTN, out of the 10 times my wife and i called in for assistance and everyone failed to assist us for over a week of calling in every day , Gift Zwane was the only consultant who was able to deal with this issue in a matured and professional manner and i would like to thank you Gift Zwane you know the true meaning of good customer service.
