MTN - appalling customer service.

I have been trying to purchase the 4G Mobile Router on MTN Black Friday 100GB deal online with MTN for the past week or more. I visited a few stores only to be told its an online only deal. I sent several emails and got no responses. When I did get called by an agent, they were not able to help and were very rude and ended the call mid conversation. Why are products available online if they cannot even be purchased? Disgusting customer service compared to Vodacom and Cell C.
