MTN Appalling Customer Service - 3 hours HOLD

Someone is attempting to do a sim swap,in my line I've been calling MTN customer care from 11am I was put on hold for 3hours ,when I ask to speak with management I could loose my money on my bank account but it seems they do not care even now I'm still on hold
