MTN APP Sucks

MTN SUCKS

I paid via the MTN app and this was confirmed via my bank

the R100 rand I paid has disappeared into thin air and does not reflect in my balance at all. I also mentioned in the same email that my international roaming is not working

I emailed mtn customer care and received a copy/paste reply stating that my number has been reset on the system and that re-starting my phone should resolve the issue.

Neither of these issues has been resolved

So long story short, if I cannot get these services sorted out MTN will deactivate my number as I cannot make calls or send smses
