MTN App Payment/Pay Bill method

An EFT/App Payment on MTN is the worse thing i ever tried. Your account will never be updated with that payment until you start to notice your account is in arrears or they've blocked your line. When you call their call centre, every useless champion will just tell you to forward your proof of payment but nothing will happen or they might say it's not reflecting for a payment u made 10 days ago. That's how my relationship with MTN ended.
