I bought 100GB data thru the MTN App using my bank card, money went thru it even said approved on their app but still my data is not allocated. I called them they telling me about their back office and they will respond within 2 to 5 days. R299 is a lot of . Please do not buy data or airtime using your bank card on their app it will not reflect and they won’t resolve your problem. Some consultants will even end a call on your ear while explaining. There is no professionalism. I just want my money that is all.
