MTN APP is the absolute worst!!! Do not use it.

MTN APP not working. I used the MTN APP to purchase bundles, I received a receipt for my purchase but the bundles are still not reflecting. The consultant told me to wait 2 hours for the recharge to reflect and it has already been 4 but still nothing. On top of this nowhere does it state that you have to wait for 2 hours. Your money is taken immediately but then the bundles do not reflect. I have called 5 times and none of your 'service champions' can assist. This is pathetic!!
