MTN app don't use it to pay!

Paid my account using the MTN app, what a huge mistake. My phone is now suspended even after I received 2 confirmation emails that my payment was successful. I can't believe I am struggling with an MTN payment again!

I want my account reconnected!

Why create a service if it is not working??
