MTN app deducted money from my bank account eventhough I hadn't entered any otp numbers

I got a notification on my MTN application that I had an amount of R260 outstanding so I tried to pay it via the app but when it was time to receive an otp sms none arrived and I got a message saying that I have exceeded the amount of otp resend requests so I thought okay I would click exit and then try again but when I did that I started getting notifications thanking me for my payment x 3 and yet I was not able to even get any otp numbers nevermind entering it. I checked my email and there was 3 x pay gate notifications telling me that I had paid 3x R260 event hough I had not entered any otps and I checked my account and there was 3 x R260 missing from my FNB account so I am disgusted with both MTN and FNB
