MTN App Data Purchase nonsense!

I bought Data for R249 on the 10th of August using the MTN App with my bank card but I still haven't recieved this data. Even now, I just bought data for R39 but didn't get it and this has happened numerous times before. I made calls to MTN and even laid a complaint but still am not sorted. It's frustrating because every chance they get, MTN sends people to use the ****** app. Their agents are saying the same thing, "there App keeps giving problems, many customers are complaining about this".
