MTN APN registration fails.

I've got an APN registered at MTN with roaming capabilities. Today is Tuesday, I've requested 4x cards to be opened to do roaming in Nairobi. I've spent two days walking from one piece equipment to another to reset, take out, swap sim cards, to make them work. The modems are hooked to the local service provider, but getting a static IP is still impossible. How difficult can it be to push a few buttons to get 4x cards roaming? MTN, your customer service and knowledge is pathetic, but your incompetence is brilliant. Everyone hiding from taking your next call. Utterly pathetic.
