MTN, APLICATION APPROVED, NOW I WAIT

<p>I app**** for a new contract with MTN at wonderpark mall. it was approved, the cellphone was ordered for me and it arrived. I was called to come and collect my phone but when I got there they said I cant collect it because the credit I was given was low by 7 rands only. an override was requeasted and, over a week now, I am still waiting. I keep calling but get the same response. I am a new MTN customer but I am already FED UP with their service....</p> <p>When I told them I have been approved by another network provider for the same phone, the response I got was, its okay you can cancel this one if you want. is that the way to treat your customers?</p>
