MTN, another SA company that is failing their customers
(MTN FIXED LTE) the APN for Axxess stays invalid which in tern means no Internet. Did not have such frustrating experience with your competitors. Come on MTN... Can you provide better service that the government?

Axxess did help a bit. However, i still have instances where the service stops working and my signal shows no reception. I dont have this with a competitor's sim, hence it is not hardware. Cant talk good regarding the fixed LTE service up to now. It is a real shame.

Hi,
