MTN annoying procedures

MTN is honestly not being fair to its customers. You go to Their branch to cancel a y and they tell you you can’t because Mtn would rather you call them to limit cancellations. You cal and hold on the line for hours cause they eu do not pick up. I want to cancel my contract but can’t cause of this. Really trashy
