MTN and ZTE

I took ZTE router contract MTN now I have problem with password at the back of the router the password is not clear I called mtn requesting the password they gave me ZTE nr and email address I have sent several email and call them no one is able to assist its been 3months now mtn is deducting the money but I don't use the router.
