MTN and ZIyanda don't assist New customer

MTN Contact Centre has amazed me today, i spoke to ZIYANDA MVENI who had dropped the call on me today. refused to assist me and the problem is MTN protects these people. How are you running business with such people??? i regret the day i joined this network again as no one gets back to people as they hide behind "if theres nothing else i will terminate the call" like they own the place how sad!!!!
