MTN and Unisa data

The MTN and Unisa deal is a nightmare. And the 083135 customer care consultants, everyone there is so useless that they really dont know what they are saying. You call now the consultant says this and call next minute the other one says totally different thing.

I claimed the data last week Saturday, 23rd May using my old MTN sim. Then after calling many times I was advised to buy a new sim, I did and it says they already received a request for the student number since Thursday. I was asked to sent my query to *** no response. I called later and the consultant took my details to escalate the matter. Even now Im still waiting no response and I'm writing next week without the data.

MTN must just tell Unisa students if they cant offer the deal so that Unisa claim back the money for stidents they didn't offer data to. Many students are complaining on Unisa website and some have even gave up.
