MTN and UNISA

MTN and UNISA are taking students for a ride. They publicly announce their partnership to give students data that will help them with exams and when it's time to deliver they are no where to be found. No replies on their social media platforms, when you call mtn the customer care service agents don't know how to assist students. They say they've escalated tne matter to their superiors but still nothing. Online exams have begun but there's a number of student still without data even after having bought the MTN Sim. It defeats the purpose if they not gonna send data prior to the exams.
