mtn and tt3gital bad service

@ ********** i logged a claim with mtn to have my phone repaired under insurance my claim was approved and phone collected very next day were phone was taken to tt3digital repair workshop to be repaired before and on collection no one informed me to remove accessories so when i got my phone back and saw back cover was missing i made contact with mtn as well as tt3digital contact person and clearly stated my glass see through back cover was missing they took 3 days to look for it which i dont believe would take so long and how can something just vanish they let me know they couldnt find it and would replace it i was happy with this a week later i received a cheap thin plastic cover to replace my designer glass cover which i bought with phone i then wrote them a mail i have not heard antything back meaning they according to them they done with me #whatkinda services provider treats a client like this very bad attitude and service received
