MTN and there no good promises

I upgraded to a Huawei P40 Pro. Was said that I'd get 100 minutes airtime with this up grade. So without been told that this cell can't use Google apps, they delivered it and I only get 50 minutes, after many a phone call to the center and a load of emails, I get a phone call Saturday ast week, the guy was very sorry about this and he would have it fixed up ASAP. I am still waiting for the extra 50 minutes airtime. After nearly 25 yrs as a client and a good paying one I might add, I get treated like this. No way, if I could I'd rather leave them. But I got 2 yrs to pay on a cell that basically one can only use for WhatsApp, Fb ect. And to phone with. I am very upset and would advise people to think twice. Thank you.
