MTN and there incuranse company is useless we have been clients for more then 15 years
O my word guys be careful MTN insurance is a total ripoff we got a claim they pathetic went in to MTN Gateway 5x times no results phone them no results they quickly to take my money every month but now that I have a claim they pathetic ??????????and we have been customers for more the 15 year s hope someone from MTN head office see my msg please I need help

22 Jan 2018, 08:36Good day Mike well lets see what happens I completely lost my trust in MTN The way they handle my problem from the beginning is pathetic and then they send me this msg!!!Dear Magda Westley, your MTN insurance claim cannot be processed further as there is missing information which the Insurer requires. A claims consultant will be in contact with you or you may contact them directly on ********** after we went back to MTN because they incist I had. I phone 5 and not a I phone 6 s plus we send them the invoice of the phone proof that it was a 6 S plus now they send us this msg and no one phoned??!!!!!!
