MTN and their Shoddy business

MTN' definitely has the worst unprofessional frustrating service. Working from home and having to rely on your cell phone to contact clients for deadlines leaves your ransom to MTN. I did my upgrade and the previous contract was never cancelled. My mum has been billed in bulk for the old contract and the new contract and now her contract has been suspended because MTN forgot to cancel and upgrade her contract correctly. So who will be liable when she is out of a job???!!! This service sucks. Then they tell you phone these people or that person but HOW? WHen your service has been suspended??!!
