MTN AND THEIR ******* NETWORK AND SERVICE!!!

last week i posted about MTN regarding a problem with my data. and their ******* (anytime data getting used after 12 when my night express data is supposed to be used) they rep**** and said someone will get back in touch with me. after few days waiting i called customer care and they also cannot help.

MTN is robbing me with my data, during the time im waiting for them to get back to me and resolve my problem, i am spending extra money every 2nd day to buy data.

to me MTN seems like they dont care.

MTN, i will never ever renew my contract, NEVER. i have this contract for few months only and i am highly disappointed with their service! if it was a month to month contracy id cancel it with pleasure but unfortunately i cannot.

PLEASE STOP CALLING IT THE BOZZA NETWORK. INSTEAD, CALL IT THE ******* NETWORK - because it is ******* for real.

HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED.
