MTN and their pathetic Service

I have been forced to weight this review because of a lack of assistance from MTN,I would just like to to speak on the pathetic and appalling service of MTN South Africa, My did an upgrade 3 weeks ago and we have still not received our devices, when we call MTN they say we should call the courier company, when we call the courier company they say call MTN. It seems like MTN is just *********** and have horrible service. My mum has just come home from the hospital and trying to recover from a serious operation but is also worried about the status of these devices and we have been trying multiple times to get some sort of explanation as to where our devices are. But since last week Friday we have got no updates and only more and more pathetic service from MTN. To any one from MTN reading this for a company who’s seems to need our business your service is appalling and unacceptable.
