Mtn and their misleading adverts

Mtn Canal walk lower level store sucks big time!I called I'm on Tuesday to find out if my phone is compatible for the trade in for the Samsung s24. The guy I spoke to is Nathan and he says no because of the model of my phone I only qualify to do a trade in on the Samsung s23fe. All good I accept that and ask him to start the process as I'll be coming in Wednesday evening to proceed. I get there lastnight and he goes on and on with the procedure to upgrade and when it got to the point for me to hand over my old phone he sudden sits In shock and says his made a "HUGE MISTAKE" the phones not eligible for a the trade in on this Samsung anymore!!NOW IM BEYOND ****ED BECAUSE MTN PRINTS A BOOKLET FOR THE WHOLE MONTH OF MARCH AND SUDDENLY CHANGES THE INSTORE GUIDELINES. HE DIDNT EVEN EXPRESS ANY REMORSE!HE SAT THERE WITH A SMERK ON HIS FACE AND SAID THERE'S NOTHING HE CAN DO NOW! Now I'm gonna cancel my contract with MTN that I've had for 10 years! And I'll go to another network asap! Mtn can go to hell with Nathan at canal walk and all!
