MTN and their false contracts

So I wrote a complaint in the begin of this month regarding my billing. MTN responed with I need to pay...I commented to there respond and ask questions regarding this billing and have yet to be answerd...this was my questions to Tim MTN Complaints Managment Team<br> <br> \Hello Tim <br> <br> The problem is that my account was always a close caped account of 2GB a month....so how did my closed caped account run that bill....acorrding to mtn her in potch....I upgrade...my question is to what? Why didn't I know about this upgrade on my account? My account would not have been ably to run over 2GB....so in other words.....how can you bill me R6000 or whatever on a account that only recieves 2GB a month of data an then has a cut off? I have ask more the once for a total billing statement and I want the contract "I sign\"" to upgrade to a open contract....also if I may ask did where and when did I pay for this upgrade....\"" <br> Please can anyone at MTN answer my questions...because I not getting real answer"""

Thank you for your post.

We are terribly sorry for the inconveniences that you experienced as a result of this. We completely understand the frustration it causes.

Your package has not changed, there is no cap on this line when you have reached your 2GB. That is why you were able to run a high bill.
An upgrade was done in January this year but it was reversed. You were billed for it but after the reversal, your account was credited with the upgrade fee. (REQ:***)

Your data charges were validated to be correct (REQ:***) as per the usage on the account.

We would like to assure you that we are actively working to improve our service levels.
