MTN and their courries have no customer service

GOOD DAY ON THE LAST DAY OF OCTOBER I UPGRADED MY PHONE ON MTN on LINE, the couriers contacted me on the 4th of November confirming delivery for the 6th of November, earlier on that day the courier guy stated that he will deliver at 1 pm. i patiently waited with no communication, at 3 pm i called and he said he was on his way, he was was a no show , he promised once again to come to my house later that day again i was disappointed.till today , everyday i get empty promises, Im a very women BUSY WOMEN who was trying to accommodate time for a company that doesn't value their customers i am still waiting for the phone and i have lost trust in MTN . I am expected to pay for a phone that i dont have month end. i have wastes my airtime over the past week to date trying contact MTN and The courries. for some odd reasons even MTM customer centre dont even know the department that can help me, they keep on transferring me to the next available agent.
