MTN and their ******* activities

I have two different problems with mtn First I bought two cell phones on contract which was R629p/m *24m the contract expired on the 5 July and they continued billing me when I asked why they said I must call then to cancel it my self which I did they then billed me 800 for August even though I had canceled the contract and I was told that was the last billing to my surprise I have now been billed R307 for September which I still struggle to understand why and how.

I bought a Wi-Fi router from mtn online on the 16 August 2024 which is an uncapped package for R265 but I was told that R407 will be debited from my account for the first month something that I didn't have a problem with on the 22 August the Wi-Fi was delivered and in the early hours of 23 August it started working and stopped working around 11 am till now and the latter debited another R407 on my account that's R814 within a space of 10day after purchase and for something that is not working
