MTN ***** and theft from MTN to customer

MTN is absolutely the worst service on the planet. As we speak i am on the line with a "Service Champion" please note the "Champion" **** me sideways as they have been doing for the last 3 months. My post paid contract has been due for an upgrade since 2021 and i received a phone call from *drum roll* MTN Service Chapion who advised me that my current contract of 450 anytime minutes and 4.5GB of data can be upgraded to 500 anytime minutes for R25 less per month than i am currently paying. I said, please don't change anything i am not interested. Well, what do you know, they ****ed me since 17th February, i have not received my anytime minutes or data and have to buy data and airtime. And i have been in contact with the *drum roll* service champions twice and nothing, no response except - we will escalate the matter. Well MTN, you have done nothing to help me. This is a ***** case, MTN ***** and theft. *******, ****s, *****ing.
