MTN and the shocking service .

I have been alot of times into the mtn branch in forest hill maybe and I'm not exaggerating like 8 times during this past two months and I've been enquiring regarding my contract as I've seen that the debit order has not been going through which was a fault from my side and with great difficulty ive been trying to go to the store to change my bank details ofcourse but till today still cannot come right . I did ask one of the managers at the branch and they said 'do not worry about it sir 'someone will email you our systems are offline . 8 times and today I get an email that I shoud pay 13000 in order to cancel . Can someone please contact me from mtn as I do want to change my bank details kindly in order to pay the outstanding amount .I have contracts with vodacom ,cell c as well as telkom ive changed details successfully but I cannot just get hold of anybody .or can someone please email me with the bank details on *** or kindly contact me on *** Kind regards
