MTN and Telkom porting my team as they wish

Yesterday afternoon, MTN and Telkom did it again, they have stopped my business activities. Telkom sent a text about porting my number and gave me 40 minutes to stop them which I missed. My accessibility has been severed, MTN is waiting for me to take my ID and proof of address to their store which I can't do. My small business is suffering again in less than six months of the bull****ting me.
