MTN and Supersonic the WORST!

I have had the WORST experience with MTN Fibre, with Supersonic. I have had connectivity problems for the last two months, losing internet every 15 min, never getting more than 10mbps when Im paying for 50, and Supersonic never answers the phone or support ticket. They promised a month ago to resolve the issue and they would email me and call me back, but I never received a call or email. I requested it be cancelled but this has impacted my business as I work from home as a software developer, fully reliant on internet connection. I expect it to be cancelled immediately, an apology from MTN for choosing to partner with such a bad service provider, and everyone to know, DO NOT USE MTN FR FIBRE. DO NOT USE SUPERSONIC FOR FIBRE. I Have called every day for two months straight, over 300 tickets logged. No help....
