MTN and Summer Sun Trading - Shocking service. No follow up from MTN

Alice van der Merwe. Please please help. The number you gave me for Summer Sun Trading does not exist. Try dialing it for yourself!!! I've been an MTN customer since cellphones first came out, but I'm reconsidering my options. It is now Tuesday morning. I've told the courier to return whatever is being sent to me via DSV to return it to you. I've no idea what it is! I did not ask for an upgrade or whatever I'm being billed for. I said I was happy with what I had. Customer service PLEASE! Call me on ********** 441 and sort this out now!
