MTN and Summer Sun Trading - Shocking service and a waste of my time

I was contacted by an MTN representative (Pamela) regarding a possible upgrade. I gave her the time of day to tell me her story. I then told her that I had no wish to change to my contract status. In the next few minutes I was bombarded with SMS messages from MTN informing me of my "upgrade". I've now spent an hour on the phone to MTN to find out what is going on. They tell me that the call was from Summer Sun Trading and they gave me a number to call to sort this matter out. The number is incorrect. I looked online for a number for Summer Sun Trading. The number I could find - on the Hellopeter site - is a wrong number. I wish to complain directly to MTN regarding third-party companies such as this - and I call on MTN to revert me to my contract status that existed before I was contacted by Summer Sun Trading.

Please please help. The number you gave me for Summer Sun Trading does not exist. Try dialing it for yourself!!! I've been an MTN customer since cellphones first came out, but I'm reconsidering my options. It is now Tuesday morning. I've told the courier to return whatever is being sent to me via DSV to return it to you. I've no idea what it is! Customer service PLEASE! Call me on ********** 441 and sort this out now!
