Mtn and Shapiro shaik listed me for not paying an account that was paid up in August 2020

Mtn kindly please help me. I had an account with you guys that was handed over to Shapiro shaik defries and associates because I struggled to pay it during covid pandemic.

Later on I managed to get hold of Shapiro shaik made arrangements and paid off the account last year in August. Ever since I've been fighting with Shapiro shaik for a paid up letter.

What worries me is that the account was removed on my credit profile after I paid it off but now just last week the account is again showing up in my profile as in 8 months areas. Not I don't know how is that happening because I paid off this account and I have been waiting for the paid up letter since then.

I am not going to pay more money on the account I know that I settled it. I could not go to the branch to close the account because I had no paid up letter but I have all the communications I had with the Shapiro shaik consultants where they confirmed that the account is paid up.

Kindly please look into this because honestly this Is not nice to go through or else I'm taking this matter to ombudsman because I have been talking to Shapiro shaik but there's no action that is being taken with regards to this.
