MTN and SDP CMO Gateway Communications (Vuclip Games) ****!

MTN and SDP CMO Gateway Communications (known as Vuclip Games) have ****med more than a thousand Rand from me for so-called games subscriptions that I have never subscribed to. MTN cancelled the subscription more than once but then I just get another sms from Vuclip Games telling me "Your subscription renewal to Vuclip Games was successful". In the sms they say I can opt out by phoning *156# and then selecting "Unsubscribe". When I phone *156# there is no "Unsubscribe" option. When I ask MTN why they allow their customers to be ****med like this they simply stay quiet. They have also refused to credit my account with the money ****** from me. SDP CMO Gateway Communications and possible MTN as well should be prosecuted for *****. I want Vuclip Games and MTN to stop *****ing money from me and I want to be refunded in full for the money they have already taken from me without my permission.

So MTN sent me a reply basically saying that it's not their problem, that they cannot be held responsible and that they won't credit my account. They said that content service can only be activated by the user of the handset. I have asked them on many occasions to block it (I believe other networks can block it) but they have told me they are unable to do so. So, my question to MTN is then, assuming I activated content services, how do I de-activate it so that ********** such as Vuclip Games cannot **** me? Here is what I don't understand. If I see a ********** transaction on my bank account where a 3rd party has taken money from me and where my bank, in good faith, paid the 3rd party thinking it was authorised by me I can always report such a transaction to my bank so they can reverse it and I will be reimbursed. Why is MTN allowed to take money from me but they are totally unwilling to reverse a ********** transaction. They won't even investigate it. Does this mean any 3rd party can use MTN to **** the customers of MTN out of thousands of Rands and that they will get away with it because MTN simply does not care? It certainly looks like it.
