MTN and SAYA Recoveries

I so disgusted by what MTN is doing firstly i paid for a contract that didnt even work (home router) i ended up paying with SAYA recoveries. i've been asking saya recoveries to give me a settlement letter but they transfer me to MTN when i go to MTN tell me that i must ask SAYA TO GIVE ME THE LETTER SINCE I PAID TO THEM. LIKE WHAT THE F* IS GOING ON WITH THESE *********** COMPANIES. they make me puke! if you get a chance do noit sign up anything with them.
