Mtn and santam insurance incompitence

Im not happy with the mtn insurance company and mtn i took out a cellphone contract last year the sales person never bothered explaining how their insurance works but the are very good at telling you how much you must pay and all the other irrelevant stuff when i claimed i was soo shocked at the outcome that i could insure up to 2mtn cellphone numbers like i thought i could use my other number as well and i only found this out after i claimed i want my cellphone back cabt pay for a cellphone i dont have
