MTN and Samsung running a Black Friday TV ****

MTN and Samsung running a Black Friday ****, I took an upgrade on 29 November 2019 on Black Friday at Mall at Reds MTN Centurion. I was told that the phone comes with a TV and that i need to go on Samsung Members to claim it and it will take 48 hours.

I did so and the only communication i received was a week later (06 December 2019) which I was told by email that I should attached the contract and TV license account number, which i did again after i had done so on 29 November. I received the same email again on the 09 December 2019, and again i forwarded my contract and tv license account number.

The Samsung number *** doesn't go through and MTN is saying they cant assist Samsung needs to assist
